Trees have always been an important part of my life

For as long as I can remember trees have always been an important part of my life. Whether it was to climb trees as a child, admire their form or make things from the timber they produce; they have always had a very positive influence on me.

After a number of years following a career path my heart wasn’t really in, I decided to work in a field I was really passionate about. In 2008 I left my job in London to re-train in Arboriculture and I have never looked back.

After retraining I spent five years in the world heritage city of Bath, working on the Council’s amazing tree stock. I now work mainly in Bristol and surrounding area for domestic and commercial clients. I feel very fortunate to have a job I really enjoy.
